The rotations involved cooking. One of the groups made cottage cheese.
How they made it:
- Pour one litre of a milk in a bowl.
- Heat it in a microwave for 4 minutes.
- Add 1/4 teaspoon of citric acid with half a cup of warm water.
- Add the water to the heated milk.
- Watch for the change of colour and the milk curdling.
- Stir the milk to make it curdle.
- Sieve the milk through a cloth and collect your "cheese" form the top.
